Inside Sales Representative

 Summary of Job:

The Inside Sales Representative position generates revenue by prospecting for customers interested in photographic lab services, meeting with customers to craft an appropriate value proposition, and by providing account updates and promotional pricing to contribute to our sales outreach plans. The Inside Sales Representative will offer exceptional customer service, product knowledge and the most effective products that best fits the customer’s needs. This is a base salary, plus commission.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Obtains pertinent information concerning prospects' business for use in sales presentation. Contacts prospects to present business solutions. Presents and negotiates rates with client. Prepares client agreements. Travels to tradeshows and conferences to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, or talks with customers in person or by phone. Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizes salable features. Quotes prices and terms and prepares sales agreements for potential customers. Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts. Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts.

Job Requirements:

Previous sales experience with a track record of success. Volume photography experience is a plus. Experience prospecting to small and medium businesses via cold calling and networking. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including active listening. Highly motivated, results driven sales “Hunter." High customer orientation and self-motivation. Ability to discover customer needs, influence others and apply practical learning. Professional appearance & computer acumen.
