General Information

Customer Service

DDLab is open Monday to Friday from 8:30AM to 5:30PM Eastern Standard time.  We observe all major holidays and are closed on weekends.  Our peak season is April-June and September-November. Turnaround times may be extended during peak season.

All of our customers are assigned a sales representative to help with marketing, sales, support and lab submission procedures. Our sales representatives are experienced in the volume photography industry and will be happy to answer any questions you may have along the way.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards. We also accept personal or company checks, and money orders. All orders are required to be paid in full prior to being shipped.

Florida Sales Tax

All Florida accounts are required by law to complete a tax exempt form and return it to us if you qualify for tax exempt status prior to placing an order. If we do not receive your form before an order is placed, you will be responsible to pay sales tax on that order. We cannot refund sales tax.

Minimum Orders

DDLab does not have a minimum order dollar amount to process most orders. However, any trophy orders, fundraising orders or bulk unit orders have a minimum order charge that can be found in Digital Access Online (ROES) prior to placing an order.

Pricing

DDLab offers the largest variety of graphics and products. All of our graphics and products are priced competitively.  We have different levels of pricing and services available. Contact your sales representative to discuss details.

Cancelling an Order

We realize that occasionally you may have to change or cancel an order that is already in production.  Any order that is not already printed can be changed or cancelled without additional costs to you. Because of our quick turnaround times, please contact us as soon as you place the order to receive the best results. This is only possible during customer service hours.

Rush Orders

DDLab offers rush orders at an additional cost.  Rush orders will be subject to additional costs up to twice the price.  Due to seasonal schedules, we may not always be able to rush an order.  Please contact customer service when requesting a rush order to ensure your deadline can be met.

Shipping & Handling

DDLab utilizes UPS as the main shipping provider. We cannot use your Fed Ex or UPS account number to bill outgoing shipping orders. We offer UPS Ground, Second Day, 3 Day Select, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver and Next Day Air Saturday delivery options. Please request the appropriate shipping method at the time your order is placed. We bill actual UPS shipping rates. You can estimate your shipping cost and time at www.ups.com.

DDLab also offers flat-rate drop shipping via the United States Postal Service. This option can be selected in Digital Access Online (ROES) by using our “Drop Ship Dividers” product. You may have multiple USPS drop shipments within the same order. All envelopes are billed at $3.95 each, all boxes are billed at $7.45 each.

DSPN Full Service Sports Orders also have a “mail-to-home” option as a shipping service. When an order is placed full service or with our DSPN Sports & Groups software, it is eligible to receive a USPS shipping & handling discount. This service is reserved for orders of 50 or more. The DSPN rate is currently $2.35 per envelope, or $6.45 per box. Please contact your sales representative to learn more about this service.

Inbound Shipping

If you choose to use our Full Service Option and mail us your order envelopes, we suggest USPS Flat Rate Priority shipping to save on cost. Additional methods may be available to you based on volume, please contact your sales representative for details.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged shipment, please take a photograph of the package and immediately email it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. along with your account information and order ID. We will work quickly and efficiently in replacing your order at no additional cost to you. Please do not dispose of the damaged shipment, as we may require you to return the package for a refund.
