Streamline your youth sports photography workflow by using DDLab's full service program.  Leave the order processing up to DDLab. Just select your images and copy the files into one folder on to a CD.  Box up the order envelopes with the CD and send it to us. Complete a submission form online and we take care of the rest.

Your order forms are scanned and all information (including addresses and email addresses) is data entered.  You will get back a .CSV file with all the information, including a  copy of the scanned envelope (this is placed in your private FTP folder).  If your customer has a question, you can easily find the information and review the orginal order if needed.

With this workflow, we use the original order envelope to package each order, or your choice of a mailing envelope or window envelope.  For league delivery orders, we bundle by team and label everything, so it's ready for delivery. For mail-to-home orders, we mail (USPS) each order to the parent's address on the order form.
